That is the sort of thing that has a huge, direct bearing on sound quality, and that is where the HTP-1 is more sophisticated than any other AVR/P <£10k. I played a -120 dBFS 1000 Hz test tone through the HTP-1 and heard it through my speakers without any issue. I replied to the ASR thread, hopefully we can learn more about happened here.
